iManage

1. Introduction

The University of Delaware is conducting research studies using a web-based application called iManage. iManage is designed specifically for individuals living with spinal cord injury (SCI) and/or traumatic brain injury (TBI). The research is conducted by investigators at the University of Delaware.

2. Information Collected by iManage for Research

1. Identifying Information
   • Your email address
2. Health Data
   • Weekly questionnaires on health and well-being you complete
3. System and Technical Information
   • Your login activity
   • The device and browser you used

3. How Your Information Will Be Used

• We use the information you provide to conduct and manage the research study
• We combine data from many users to analyze research outcomes and identify ways to improve the iManage system
• We use your email address to provide access to the iManage system, including to verify your login, and to send you reminders about your participation

The information we collect through the iManage system will never be shared with third parties, nor will it ever be used for marketing or commercial purposes.

4. Data Security and Confidentiality

• We use secure, password-protected systems and encryption where appropriate
• Access to the system is limited only to officially authorized personnel approved by the University of Delaware for this research

5. Voluntary Participation and Withdrawal

Your use of the system is voluntary.
